Add-on module · Plus1

The message that finally reaches every shift.

Operators, waiters, shop assistants and field workers already open rêd app for their schedule, assignments and pay. Plus1 turns that same place into an internal network people actually see.

In brief

Plus1 uses your existing organisational structure to get content to the right people. When an employee changes role or location, the relevant audiences and channels update automatically.

The challenge

The message part of the team never sees.

People in venues, shops and plants rarely have a work email or a computer. That is how important things get lost.

01Scattered across various chat groups
02Buried in private messages
03Never reaches every shift and location
04Reaches people it does not concern
05Hard to find when you need it
06No sign whether anyone read it
A team that feels out of the loop leaves quietly. Before you even notice.

How it works

One process. A clear next step.

01

It is already there, in your people’s hands.

No new app, no new accounts, no manually maintained lists. Plus1 switches on inside the rêd app employees open for shifts, assignments and pay.

02

The right message reaches the right people.

Audiences follow company, city, role, unit, contract, line manager and length of service.

03

Channels maintain themselves.

A change of role or location automatically changes the relevant membership.

04

Content people want to open.

Feed, channels, galleries, video, Stories, Spotlight and a content calendar give the message the right format.

05

The conversation is not one-way.

Reactions, comments, employee posts and one-click translation bring the answer back to the team.

06

Good work becomes visible.

Kudos is linked to company values and reaches the line manager.

07

Ask, check knowledge, get the team moving.

Polls, anonymous answers, quizzes and Speed Challenge get people involved.

08

Some things run without HR.

The Welcome Card for new colleagues, birthdays and automatic channels run on their own, with no extra maintenance.

09

See what actually reached people.

Reach, opens, reads, reactions, comments, polls and quizzes give a clear signal.

10

Open Mic is a safe route for what is not said publicly.

An anonymous, confidential or identified report gets an owner, a status and an audit log.

Audience targeting

One post. Exactly the people it belongs to.

You do not build the audience from a contact list, but from data that already exists in rêd app. When an employee moves to another venue or role, channel membership follows the new structure.

  • Company
  • City
  • Role
  • Organisational unit
  • Contract type
  • Line manager
  • Length of service
Audience example
City

Role
Waiter
Length of service
More than 90 days

All waiters in Belgrade venues who have been working for more than 90 days.

Content formats

Content your people actually open.

01

Company feed

Everything important in one place and in order, instead of scattered across chat groups.

02

Team channels

Every venue, plant and team has its own space, with membership that follows the org structure.

03

Posts

Text, hero image, gallery and video, in the format the message deserves.

04

Stories and Spotlight

A story lasts 24 hours. A Spotlight story goes before all the others and is hard to miss.

05

Poll, quiz and Speed Challenge

One question and a quick answer with anonymity, a knowledge check and a prize competition.

06

Content calendar

Plan and schedule posts in advance, instead of writing everything at the last minute.

Analytics then show reach, opens, reads, reactions and poll and quiz results, per post and per audience.

A two-way conversation

Good work becomes visible.

Reactions, comments and employee posts bring the answer back to the team. One-click translation covers Serbian, English, Bulgarian and Montenegrin, so the message works in mixed teams too.

A culture of appreciation
Praise becomes part of every day, not of the annual review.
Work tied to values
It becomes clear what the company really values, on a concrete example.
The line manager is notified
Praise does not stay only among colleagues on the shift.
Kudos · Team spirit
Thank you, Marko! You jumped into the evening shift and saved our weekend.
The praise is public in the team channel, and the line manager is notified too.

Open Mic

The voice that usually goes unheard.

A safe channel for an employee to report or suggest what they would not say in a group. You choose the level of identification, and the employee sees it clearly before sending.

  • Theft report
  • Safety hazard
  • Whistleblowing
  • Improvement idea

Every action stays in the audit log, without revealing data to people who are not authorised.

Rollout

Simple from day one.

No new app

It all lives in the rêd app people already use for shifts, assignments and pay.

No new accounts or lists

Accounts, teams and permissions already exist. Nothing is imported or maintained in parallel.

No extra work for HR

Channels, the Welcome Card for new colleagues and birthdays run on their own.

Plus1 already knows who works where, in which role and who the message belongs to.

A connected system

Data is not retyped. It keeps moving.

An event from this capability becomes part of the next relevant process, with clear roles, approvals and an audit trail.
